A 60-minute health evaluation is a comprehensive session designed to review and discuss your biometric health evaluation results, previous tests, and formulate a personalized plan to move forward towards optimal health. During this session, we will delve into your medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns or health goals you may have. Furthermore, we will address specific areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep patterns. Our aim is to provide you with tailored recommendations and strategies to enhance your well-being and vitality.

  1. Initial Questionnaire: Prior to the evaluation, you’ll fill out a detailed biometric health evaluation & questionnaire. This provides your coach with essential background information about your health history, lifestyle, and specific concerns or goals.
  2. Submission of Previous Test Results: If you have any prior test results (e.g., blood work, hormone levels, imaging studies), you’ll be asked to submit these in advance via email to
    info@kinfinityfit.com. This allows your coach to review them beforehand and identify any areas needing special attention.

  1. Review of Biometric Health Evaluation Results (15-20 minutes)
    • Detailed Analysis: Go through each aspect of your biometric results. This may include vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate), body composition analysis (BMI, body fat percentage), cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels, and any other relevant metrics.
    • Explanation: Provide clear explanations of what each result means, how it relates to your overall health, and any potential areas of concern.
  2. Review of Previous Testing (10-15 minutes)
    • Summary of Findings: Discuss the results from previous tests, highlighting any patterns or changes over time.
    • Comparative Analysis: Compare your past results with the current biometric data to understand any progress or emerging issues.
  3. Discussion of Symptoms and Health Concerns (10-15 minutes)
    • Symptom Review: Discuss any current symptoms or health concerns you might have.
    • Health Goals: Identify your health goals, whether they are related to weight loss, hormone balance, improving fitness, managing a chronic condition, or overall wellness.
  4. Formulating a Plan of Action (10-15 minutes)
    • Identify Necessary Testing: Based on the reviewed data, identify any additional tests that may be needed to gain further insights into your health. This could include hormone testing, nutrient deficiency tests, stress hormone assessments, etc.
    • Personalized Recommendations: Develop a tailored plan that may include lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, fitness routines, stress management techniques, and any necessary supplements or medications.
    • Setting Goals: Establish short-term and long-term health goals with clear, actionable steps.
  5. Q&A and Next Steps (5-10 minutes)
    • Questions: Address any questions or concerns you have about the evaluation, your health data, or the proposed plan.
    • Next Steps: Provide a summary of the session and outline the next steps, including follow-up appointments, additional testing, or referrals to other healthcare professionals if needed.

  1. Detailed Report: Receive a comprehensive report summarizing the evaluation, including the analysis of your results, the discussed plan of action, and personalized recommendations.
  2. Support and Resources: Access additional resources such as educational materials.
  3. Customized Program: Join Infinite You for a customized program based on your evaluation. Your evaluation fee will be applied to your first month. There are 6 and 12 month options available. We will discuss which option is best for your case.
