This program is tailored for women of any age or life stage who are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, including:
- Low back pain
- Pelvis/hip pain
- Incontinence (bowel and bladder)

- Pubic bone pain (lightning crotch)

Includes:
60-Minute Pelvic Health Assessment and Evaluation
Discover the root causes of dysfunction, pain, and other symptoms with our comprehensive pelvic health assessment, safe for all phases of pregnancy and postpartum. The evaluation will cover:
- Health history review
- Symptom discussion
- Comprehensive movement analysis
- Education and counseling
- Detailed self-guided plan on how to manage and alleviate symptoms
- Follow-up plan of care
Based on this assessment, we’ll design a personalized 12-week rehab program to help you reconnect with your pelvic floor and deep core, while re-establishing proper mobility and stability for optimal function. If you choose to only do the evaluation, you will still receive detailed notes and directions on how to move forward safely, along with tips to reach your goals. Please consult with your PCP and/or OBGYN before beginning any pelvic floor program.
When you sign up for the 12 week pelvic health program, the $149 will be applied to your first month.

Birth & Postpartum Plan
Receive guidance to prepare for birth and navigate postpartum with confidence. Our plan includes advice on optimal positions, movements, and equipment, as well as breathwork techniques and tips for healing during the first few weeks after birth.
A three-month commitment is initially required, followed by a month-to-month arrangement with a 30-day cancellation policy. HSA & FSA are accepted.
