As the proud mama to Livia and Logan, Brit brings a wealth of experience and heart to her coaching, showcasing her dedication to empowering women at every stage of motherhood.
Meet Dr. Kaline Mulvihill, DPT, trained Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Functional Strength Coach, and Certified Nutritionist specializing in women’s health. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with female athletes and women in perinatal, postpartum, and menopausal stages, addressing issues like incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, and PCOS. Kaline offers a holistic approach to women’s well-being, dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies.
