Meet Molly, 32 year-old athlete, teacher and mom!

What did we do? 21-day Infinite You Anti-inflammatory Detox Meal Plan, 4 functional strength workouts per week, increased water intake, full comprehensive hormone testing, started hormone protocol supporting her adrenal function and reducing estrogen dominance, integrated macro focused meal plan to support her hormone healing journey.

“My journey to really trying to understand my body started after I came off birth control to try to get pregnant. I thought getting pregnant was going to be easy as it seemed I was constantly warned against getting pregnant my whole teenage and young adult life.
I had been on birth control since I was 15 and coming off of it led to extreme back acne, emotional mood swings, lack of a period, and infertility. After seeing my OBGYN and being diagnosed with PCOS, I was placed on clomid and other fertility drugs.
The amount I was prescribed kept climbing as I persisted to struggle to get pregnant. Eventually my husband and I were sent to a fertility specialist who finally found the magic dosage. We were told that my body was not producing enough hormones to release eggs and it was quite a high dosage.
The hormone treatment had caused me to develop large cysts on my ovaries at times, but eventually we were able to get an IUI. Luckily, we were immediately successful and got pregnant with a baby girl. I had her in May of 2020. I couldn’t breastfeed because my body wouldn’t produce milk, and shortly after I had to come back on birth control.
Without it, I would get large ovarian cysts and not get my period. I also suffered from postpartum depression and rage. I was so impatient and overstimulated all of the time. I sought a therapist for the first time in my life to learn to cope with my hormonal emotions. Not only did I have hormone issues, but I also had spine and hip issues after pregnancy. Despite having scoliosis, I had always been an active person and always had minimal pain in my back before the baby.
I did Crossfit and running on a daily basis . My nutrition has always been dialed in, and I was fairly fit going into the pregnancy. However, after having Julia, my back and hip on the lower right side were debilitatingly painful. I had chronic aches and pain, especially after sitting for long periods of time.
After trial and error with intermittent physical therapy I was still getting injury after injury trying to get back into strength workouts. My hips and back felt so unstable while lifting. I also continued to suffer from intense mood swings, pms, bloating, and lack of periods years after my baby.
I finally hit a breaking point and reached out to Kaline. After the first consultation I knew immediately that KinfinityFit and the Infinite You Program was what I needed.
I felt heard for the first time, and even became emotional once I got my first hormone results back. It was the first time I had answers. Her workout routines include functional movements that helped my hip almost immediately. Her nutrition plan helps me drop stubborn weight and inflammation immediately, but more importantly gave me back my energy throughout the day.
I was eating real food that supported my body. Now that I’ve gained more mobility and stability in my hip again, I cannot wait to start my new phase of strength building this month. I also cannot wait to see my hormone re-test results after my hormone protocol. My PMS symptoms have decreased, I am no longer bloated daily, I have more energy and I am no longer craving sweets the way I did after meals.
My mood swings are less intense, I am more patient with my kids and my relationship with my husband has improved. If you are on the fence about joining in Kaline‘s mission, do it. It is worth every penny to discover yourself again and find validation.”
