We NEVER stop working on our health. With that said, it’s also NEVER too late to start developing a plan to get more life out of your life!
During my 13+ years in the industry, I have worked with individuals in their 70s who are just getting started with a fitness plan. I had a female client who wanted to run her first half marathon for her 70th birthday. She ran the Disney Half on her birthday.
Another client had never done any form of strength training, but her goal was to get off the floor without using her hands. She was in her early 60s and realized she needed to make a change.
After 4 months of consistent training 3-4x/week, she popped up from the floor without the use of her hands and she began playing tennis again, after giving it up years prior because of injuries and decreased power.
I helped a gentleman in his late 70s return to skiing so he could go on a ski trip with his grandkids. It is truly NEVER too late.
My clients have ranged from middle school hockey players to a vibrant 95 year old great grandfather. I am here for each chapter of your life.
This platform is here to help individuals at every fitness level, from those who have never picked up a dumbbell and have no clue what a burpee is to power lifters and collegiate athletes.

There is so much information on social media and online revolving around health and fitness. It can be overwhelming and discouraging. There is always a “quick” fix, a crash diet or a 20-minute routine to 6-pack abs, but that’s not what this platform stands for.
Kinfinityfit is about discovering a lifelong health journey. I will be your guide in finding your individual path and develop a plan to conquer this new lifestyle.
I never claim to be an expert. I consider myself a lifelong learner. Humans adapt, mold and continuously evolve throughout life. I continue to learn about myself, my passions and my needs.
I have implemented tools to help guide myself through these changes and still maintain a lifestyle that supports my health and wellness journey.
Many of these tools involve other professions. I have a wonderful massage therapist for body maintenance, I have worked with registered dietitians and personal trainers to help me reach my goals, and I have seen mental health specialists during stressful periods in my life.
I know what it takes to break through the barriers of everyday life and create a lifestyle that will help me get more life out of my life! NOW, it’s your turn.
