Hi, everyone! I grew up in a small town just outside of Syracuse, NY (Go Orange! ), where my love of fitness started. I spent my youth skiing, hiking, running and doing any activity involving the outdoors. I competed in cross-country and track, but injuries often plagued my seasons.
At 17, I started working with my first personal trainer. He introduced me to a whole new experience for exercise and fitness that I fell in love with.
In 2010, while studying at the State University of New York at Oswego, I became a personal trainer on campus (shout out to the Cooper and Glimmerglass crew!).
I started training students, faculty members and student-athletes. I developed a program to prepare a group hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro and trained a faculty member for her upcoming half marathon. I helped hundreds of students create healthier lifestyles. This was the start of my passion and career.
After graduating, I moved to Boston, where I started a brief career in the marketing world. I quickly realized I needed to get back to my roots in the fitness industry.
I began training at The Mount Auburn Club (formerly in Watertown, MA), where 80% of my clientele were over 65 years of age. I developed successful programs for osteoporosis prevention, balance training, and ski season preparation.
I also spent several years coaching group strength and conditioning classes at Lifted Fitness in South Boston and Boston Underground Strength Training (BUST) in Waltham, MA.
I loved being a personal trainer and strength coach, but I felt limited in how I could help my clients. In 2019, I returned to school for physical therapy. I graduated from the University of New England with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022.
NOW, I have taken my experience, expertise and love of fitness to a new platform. K.infinity.Fit has been in the works for years, but finally it’s coming to life.
My goal is simple: Help people discover their own health and wellness journey while developing individualized programs with undivided attention.
I want to help everyone lead a life they love by getting more life out of life. What does that look like for you?
